Located in the heart of Darling Harbour, International Convention Centre, Sydney and Cockle Bay Marina is easily accessible by public transport, including light rail, ferry and train and is only a 10-minute walk from Central and Town Hall train stations. Secure car parking is available and conveniently located within the Darling Harbour precinct.


Cruise into Darling Harbour on a ferry with direct services from Circular Quay, King Street Wharf and Pyrmont Bay Wharf.


Darling Harbour is only 8km from Sydney Airport.


The Light Rail travels right through many Darling Harbour stations including ICC Sydney’s Convention and Exhibition stops. The Light Rail connects with Central Station in the CBD and travels to Dulwich Hill in the inner west.


A Water Taxi is a great option for getting to and from Darling Harbour. Water Taxi’s depart from The Rocks, Circular Quay, The Opera House and Luna Park.


A short walk from Central or Town Hall will take you directly to Darling Quarter, Tumbalong Park and the Sydney Visitor Centre. Walking from Town Hall takes 10 minutes, and 15 minutes from Central Station. Visitors arriving from the north of the city may choose to disembark at Wynyard and walk along the foreshore via King Street Wharf and Cockle Bay Wharf, the walk from Wynyard takes approximately 20 minutes.


ICC Sydney operates two 24-hour car parking stations with a total of 826 parking spaces including 11 disabled parking bays, 25 motorcycle parking spaces, 50 bicycle racks and 20 electric car charge spaces. Payment for parking can be made using card only. Car Park Height: 2.2m.

Additionally, there are several secure car parks located in and around Darling Harbour, the closest located at Harbourside Car Park, 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont.


ICC Sydney has its own bus stop. Bus routes 389 and 501 stop at Harris Street near Allen Street – a 10-minute walk to ICC Sydney.


The best taxi and Uber drop off and pick up locations include the new Iron Wharf Place next to Harbourside Shopping Centre and Zollner Circuit on the Southern end of Aware Super Theatre, both accessed via Darling Drive.

The Sydney Festival of Boating will consume 18,600 sqm of indoor and outdoor exhibition space across Level 4 of ICC Sydney’s Exhibition Centre.

Access to the Festival’s marina precinct will be via our new Festival Boulevard linking ICC Sydney from Tumbalong Park through to Cockle Bay.

ICC Sydney is easily accessible by public transport and is surrounded by restaurants and hotels.

Where can I buy tickets at the Festival?
Tickets to the Sydney Festival of Boating will only be available for sale online. A link to buy tickets will be available on the Festival webpage on 8 July 2021. This is part of our commitment to a COVID-Safe event.
Do I need to print my eTicket (online ticket)?
You do not need to print your ticket, simply present your ticket on your mobile device to be scanned.
Who will be exhibiting at 2021 Sydney Festival of Boating?
An exhibitor list will be released online 2 weeks prior to the festival.
